Hotam Ishi's management team is highly experienced in the areas of human resources, consulting, psychology and business management. The team has extensive knowledge of the Israeli market and of international business developments. 	Netania Ariely netania@hotamishi.co.il	Mrs. Netania Ariely is the founder and CEO of Hotam Ishi. Netania has many years of appreciated experience serving multinational high-tech companies as well as and service companies, in various positions as Human resources and Operations. Netania served also as an organizational consultant, and as a guide to executives in crossroad situations. For several years, Netania served as the Human Resources manager of numerous Start-up companies, guiding the process from the founding stages to the world-wide branching. She gained experience dealing with Start-up companies turning to public companies, working with the whole range of participants, from board-of-director members, to young entrepreneurs, establishing new companies. Netania holds a B.A degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva, and studying towards her M.A degree in Clinical Criminology from Bar-Ilan University.
	Sharon Garber sharong@hotamishi.co.il	Mrs. Sharon Garber heads the desk of Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources assignments at Hotam Ishi. Holding a B.A in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, sharon is studying towards M.A in Organizational Behavior, and has experience in the fields of recruiting and assigning in a major communications company. Sharon is experienced in working with executives in High-tech companies and venture capital funds.
	Osnat Beit Halevi osnat@hotamishi.co.il	Ms. Osnat Beit Halevi is responsible for mid and senior level recruitments in the fields of Marketing and Sales for high-tech companies in Hotam Ishi. Osnat holds a B.A degree in Psychology and Sociology from Tel-Aviv University, and and is towards completing her M.A degree in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior at Tel-Aviv University
	Dana Ben-Haim dana@hotamishi.co.il	Ms. Dana Ben-Haim is responsible for mid level recruitments in the field of Operations for the high-tech and retail industries, as well as Sales and marketing for retail companies in Hotam Ishi. Dana is studying towards a B.A degree in Communications and Management at The College of Management, and is experienced in working with large global high-tech companies, as well as local market companies.
	Lilach Dor lilach@hotamishi.co.il	Ms. Lilach Dor is responsible for mid level recruitments in the fields of Marketing and Sales for high-tech companies in Hotam Ishi. Lilach holds a B.A degree in Social Science from Haifa University, and an M.A in Labor Studies from Tel-Aviv University. Lilach has vast experience in coaching towards interviews and evaluation tests, as well as recruiting engineers for high-tech companies.
